Senior High Youth Minister

University Place Presbyterian Church, located in University Place, Washington, is currently looking for a Youth Minister to build a relational ministry where youth (grades 9 -12) feel welcomed, valued and cared for as they learn who Jesus is.

Someone who:

• Understands the importance of contact work outside the church.
• Knows how to recruit and lead volunteers.
• Has skill in communication, leadership and programming.
• Has experience in disciplining students in small group settings.
• Has spiritual discipline practices which reflect his or her love of God.
• Understands the importance of church and community and the role one plays within that setting, and who considers themselves a team player.
